ATRIPLA is taken as one pill once daily. Most people will only need to take ATRIPLA as their total daily HIV regimen. Some people may also take other HIV-1 medicines. Be sure to talk with your doctor to see if you can take ATRIPLA.
ATRIPLA is a prescription medicine used alone as a complete regimen or with other medicines to treat HIV-1 infection in adults.
ATRIPLA does not cure HIV-1 and has not been shown to prevent passing HIV-1 to others.
